Mixed Tenure Affordable Homes Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixed Tenure Affordable Homes Coordinator to join our team in Lovell's Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all mixed tenure affordable homes projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role involves coordinating bid processes, planning applications, and construction activities. You will work closely with our Regional Technical Director and other stakeholders to ensure that all contractual responsibilities are met.

The ideal candidate will have experience in new build design and build, as well as knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations, current standards, and legislation. You should also have strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate multiple tasks, and excellent communication skills.

Salary

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Responsibilities

Liaise with consultants and sub-contractors to monitor the release of design information against agreed programmes.

Ensure that all mixed tenure affordable homes projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Work closely with our Regional Technical Director and other stakeholders to ensure that all contractual responsibilities are met.

Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and performance.
