About the Job

Eden Brown Synergy is looking for a highly motivated Home-Based Assessment Professional to join our Adults team in Birmingham. As a Home-Based Assessment Professional, you will conduct assessments in the community to support clients following hospital discharge.

This role is ideal for those who prefer working from home but still require interaction with clients and colleagues. You will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to succeed in this role.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 per year.
