About the Role

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering a quality care service and be able to carry out tasks such as providing personal care, supporting with social activities, and promoting independence and self-belief.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £12.34 per hour, 24 hours per week, permanent contract. You will also enjoy benefits such as 33 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time), buy and sell holiday scheme, free life insurance, cycle-to-work scheme, attendance reward, and enhanced maternity and paternity allowance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification. You should also be personable, an effective communicator, and a team player with flexibility to work various shifts, including early, late, and weekend shifts.
