About the Role:
The role of a Care Assistant Professional is to provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
Salary: $25,000 - $30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Your Responsibilities:
• Provide dignified personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist residents during mealtimes, promoting independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of residents' lives, including emotional and psychological needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care and support.
