Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage client matters efficiently, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identify client needs and refer them to supervisors as necessary, providing expert advice within your scope of training.
  • Oversee Wills administration, implementing effective systems to ensure seamless execution.
  • Handle confidential client communications, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support the development and marketing of our department and firm.
  • Collaborate with partners, fee earners, and team members to maintain effective working relationships.
  • Accurately record time and manage client accounts, ensuring timely billing and credit control.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar legal assistant or administrator role, specifically in wills, trust, and probate.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical knowledge by consulting with fee earners and attending training courses as needed.
  • Ensure correct management of office and client accounts.
  • Travel between offices as required, with a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Act professionally, adhering to our firm's procedures and values.
