Facilities Management Contract Coordinator

Join the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a Facilities Management Contract Coordinator and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management services.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and organized individual to assist in the day-to-day management of our facilities management contracts. As a Contract Coordinator, you will work closely with our Contracts Manager to establish and maintain effective working relationships with key service partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain good working relationships with third-party on-site teams to ensure contractual delivery of services.
- Coordinate meetings, diaries, and meeting room bookings, as well as distribute relevant documentation and confirm minutes/action points.
- Work closely with Building Coordinators to ensure service partners are providing the right level of service and are managed effectively.
- Coordinate regular operational 'huddles' to ensure all teams are aware of requirements and expectations in respect of service delivery standards.
- Coordinate smaller contracts, such as the Health Club, Travel, Archiving, and Storage, including regular meetings to monitor performance and service delivery.
- Establish customer feedback groups to monitor service perception and drive continuous improvement through reporting and management information.
- Work with the Help Desk function to produce reports demonstrating compliance in dealing with services across the property portfolio and provide assistance and guidance on issues raised.
- Exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues, both internally and externally.
