Job Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an Assistant Meeting and Events Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the M&E Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Managing all enquiries for Meetings & Events courteously and efficiently, offering the highest level of customer service.
  • Keeping in close contact with prospective Meeting & Events organisers to ensure all their requirements are accurately recorded.
  • Controlling the business mix to ensure maximum revenue at all opportunities.
  • Running the weekly Sales Meeting and ensuring follow-ups are done.
  • Monitoring the diary for future years and taking actions where necessary.
  • Fully supporting the Sales Team in obtaining leads and participating in telesales when necessary.
  • Actively participating in promotional and publicity activities as and when requested.
