About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role at Menzies is a dynamic position that plays a crucial part in supporting the growth and scaling of the Firm. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Trainee graduate/apprentice hiring cycles, including collating candidates' job applications, psychometric test administration, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates using standardized screening techniques.
  • Coordinate diary schedules with hiring and HR managers for interviews.
  • Keep the Kallidus ATS system up to date as candidates progress through the recruitment process.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates on the progress of their application.
  • Report on activity and progress to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Event and Career Fairs Management

  • Support and coordinate candidate events such as assessment centers, on-campus activity, recruitment talks, visits, and conferences.

Administration/Team Support

  • Create and issue employment paperwork, including offer letters and contracts of employment.
  • Schedule interviews.
  • Maintain and update internal recruitment folders.
  • Manage the recruitment/careers inbox and answer external queries.
  • Provide general administration support to the wider HR team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an in-house/Talent Acquisition role or with an agency is required.
  • Experience of Early Careers hiring is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of technology, including Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
  • A self-starter who is proactive and a quick learner.
  • Flexible and accepting of change.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal with various stakeholder levels.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Educated to a degree level is desirable.
  • CIPD and/or Recruitment and Employment Confederation qualifications are desirable.

Travel Requirement

Some planned travel may be required to other offices as well as for career fairs, events, and assessment centers.
