Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
About the Role:- First point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support and resolution to their queries and concerns.
- Processing bookings and services, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
- Updating customer and vehicle databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Managing customer accounts, providing high-level customer service and support.
- Inbound and outbound sales calls, promoting our services and products to customers.
- General administration, including data entry and other tasks as required.
- Previous customer service or sales support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
