Customer Service Advisor

Unilin Flooring UK & Ireland is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our external sales team to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Meet and exceed customer service targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
