Job Title: Customer Services Advisor

At S&W Wholesale, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Services Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist the customer service team in accurately inputting and checking all orders on our internal warehouse management system.
  • Liaise with the logistics manager, warehouse manager, credit control, and trading departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide sales reports and documentation to the sales team as required.
  • Process credit notes and notify relevant departments.
  • Perform other administrative and office duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent with a grade C in GCSE maths and English.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Suitable experience of dealing with the public using a variety of communication methods.
  • Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, on own initiative, or as part of a team.
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, and mail merge.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
