Community Nursing Consultant

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Community Nursing Consultant, you will work closely with our Admiral Nurses to provide specialist support and guidance to families caring for loved ones living with dementia.
The salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an employee assistance programme and ongoing professional development opportunities, including Dementia UK's comprehensive practice development framework.
