About the Role

The RCPCH is seeking a highly influential Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services to lead its Corporate Services division and drive strategic change at an exciting time for the College.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dynamic and forward-thinking leadership of the Corporate Services division
  • Contribute to the overall organisational development, vision and strategic aims of the College
  • Set the strategic direction of the Corporate Services Division and the functions within it
  • Oversee the Finance function, including financial sustainability and the College's finance business cycle
  • Take responsibility for the Income Diversification Unit and oversee both the Grants and Partnerships and the Commercial strategies
  • Lead the College's Governance, Committees, Contract Management, and Facilities teams
  • Ensure effective, robust processes are in place and value for money is consistently provided

Requirements

  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or with an equivalent accountancy qualification
  • Significant experience at a senior level, with a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
  • Combine both strategic and operational leadership, and drive a progressive agenda
  • Use sector experience to provide recommendations for action
