Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Safeguarding Administrator/Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Prevention Department in delivering its Thematic Plans/Annual Assessment of Risk and Safeguarding requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate safeguarding referrals (both child and adult) and responses from multi-agency conferences.
- Communicate effectively with the public and Fire Service personnel.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Prevention Department.
- Assist in the delivery of Thematic Plans/Annual Assessment of Risk and Safeguarding requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience with child or adult safeguarding protocols is advantageous.
- Appropriate training will be provided.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
