Quantity Surveyor Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Gap Construction. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including commercial, education, industrial, retail, and residential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate project costs, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues
- Prepare and present project reports, including cost estimates and progress updates
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Extensive experience in quantity surveying, with a strong track record of delivering complex projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risksProficiency in IT systems, including project management software and cost estimation toolsWhat We Offer
