Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure accurate project forecasting and commercial reporting.
  • Manage risks and opportunities, maintaining cash-flow and ensuring all commercial activities are conducted ethically.
  • Mentor team members and ensure all commercial activities are conducted in accordance with industry standards.
  • Prepare and present commercial reports to stakeholders, including monthly project forecasting and CVR reporting.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant subject.
  • 5 years of commercial experience in the utility and construction sectors.
  • Working knowledge of contract law and commercial practices.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts and procurement documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, resilient approach.
  • Excellent commercial management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in presentation and negotiation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing and monitoring risk.
