Job Title: Director of People and Risk Management

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Director of People and Risk Management to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing our compliance, governance, and HR functions, ensuring that we remain compliant with all regulatory, legal, and HR standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance and governance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business objectives and strategies aligned with our company vision.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of compliance-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit reports.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices in the recruitment industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective compliance and governance programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
