About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's risk management functions, advising senior leadership on regulatory matters, and driving compliance initiatives. This includes developing and implementing effective risk management strategies, identifying potential threats, and mitigating risks to minimize their impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to advise on regulatory matters and drive compliance initiatives
  • Identify and assess potential risks to the organization, developing plans to mitigate their impact
  • Monitor and report on risk exposure, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements, ensuring the organization remains compliant

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in risk management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and other stakeholders

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including:
