Ascent People Ltd seeks a visionary Cybersecurity Director to drive the development and support of security initiatives. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for planning and implementing enterprise IT systems, business operations, and facility defenses against security breaches and vulnerabilities.

In this role, you will lead strategic security planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing defense initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future security technologies using a risk-based assessment methodology. You will also assist with designing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans, procedures, audits, and enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing and/or directing an IT and/or security operation, with a proven track record in planning, organizing, and developing IT security and facility security system technologies. Additionally, they will have substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems.
