Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Development Director to join our team in Ukraine. As a key member of our team, you will lead the efforts to rebuild critical infrastructure and oversee projects from initiation to completion.

Planate Management Group is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida, USA, with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa. We provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement infrastructure development strategies.
  • Lead coordination with other USAID bureaus/offices.
  • Manage project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with USAID standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in infrastructure design, management, and oversight.
