We are currently recruiting for an HR Officer position in the Liverpool central area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. This role involves liaising with the HR Manager and Director to collaborate on the People Strategy and enact it in your approach. You will also be responsible for managing casework, implementing policies to improve the employee experience, and conducting return to work and exit interviews.

The salary for this role is up to £32,000, and the successful candidate will also receive 28 days holiday including bank holidays, plus a range of benefits such as on-site parking and discounted gym membership. Job Description

Liaising with the HR Manager and Director is crucial in collaborating on the People Strategy and enacting it in your approach. This role involves leading on casework management, using people skills and employment law knowledge to influence positive outcomes at various levels. Additionally, implementing policies to improve the employee experience and helping managers make better use of internal resources and toolkits is essential.

Conducting return to work and exit interviews is vital in gaining valuable feedback on how the HR function can be improved. Managing absenteeism and long-term sickness requires contacting staff and working with managers to support staff and help them thrive in their roles. Supporting the administration team by assessing internal workflows and offering improvements to streamline their tasks is also a key responsibility.
