About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with architects, builders, and contractors. You will also analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Proven track record in business development or sales
• Strong knowledge of the Southwest Region's construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

What We Offer: The package includes a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus scheme, car allowance, pension plan, life insurance coverage, eligibility for the Share Save scheme, comprehensive Employee Assistance program, and discounts on high street retail through a dedicated platform.
