Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Apprentice to join our team at Inspiremyfuture, based at our Head Office in Swillington, Leeds.

This role involves working with our best-in-class MIS Support team, who deliver software support and training on SIMS, Arbor, and Scholar pack. Our aim is to help schools make the most effective use of their MIS system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remotely connecting to users to investigate and fix software issues
  • Delivering first-line telephone, email, and remote support across a range of software modules
  • Helping to create professional documentation for our customer portal to minimize helpdesk calls
  • Complying with security, password, and data GDPR policies
  • Continually updating and developing knowledge and skills in line with market changes

Entry Requirements
  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application, you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Future Prospects

This role offers long-term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position.

To be eligible for a Government-funded apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
