Compliance and Process Manager

We're seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team at ZipRecruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in our cell & gene therapy, fintech, and digital sectors.
You will assist with transitioning processes from 9001 to 13485, develop procedures for key activities such as Risk Management, Design Review, and Test Strategy, and roll out processes to ensure staff are trained and follow procedures.
You will also manage the integration of quality processes between sites and partner companies, coordinating documentation requirements and setting scope for audits of partner companies. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Procurement team to agree on the necessary level of quality for prototype and production suppliers and engage with key suppliers to ensure they comply.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
