About the Role:
As a Senior Compliance Manager EMEA, you will be a key member of our Compliance team, responsible for ensuring that our Genomic Medicines and Abcam operating companies in the EMEA region operate with integrity and in compliance with anti-corruption and other laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compliance advice and guidance to business leaders and employees on regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate business risks.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and monitoring to assess the effectiveness of compliance systems and controls.
  • Promote Danaher's Code of Conduct, core values, and Speak Up program, and conduct investigations and oversee implementation of related corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Progressive compliance experience in the life science/healthcare industries or a similarly highly regulated industry.
  • Business-minded, risk-conscious, proactive, solutions-oriented, and self-motivated professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% and visit sites within the region on a regular basis.
  • Data privacy compliance program experience is preferred but not required.
