Eclectic Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Engineering Process Lead to join their team in the UK. This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing test processes, maintaining quality systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key tasks include:

  • Managing quality systems such as PCR, SwBRT, Mod levels, SWS, and Waste Management Processes.
  • Preparing and acting on FAT and SAT reports.
  • Supporting colleagues and providing training as needed.

As an Engineering Process Lead, you will also be responsible for reviewing project activity to identify areas for improvement and implementing actionable plans. You will work closely with the team to maintain agreed 5S standards across the business.

This role requires experience working within a Quality Engineer environment, knowledge of RoHS, SCIP, and REACH legislative standards, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
