About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Business Process and Analysis Manager to lead engagement activities for business analysis, requirements gathering, and process design. This role will oversee a team of business analysts and process analysts who will capture business requirements from various stakeholders and document detailed requirements, process flows, and change impacts to support transformation initiatives.

This position requires a deep understanding of sales and commercial processes, with experience in a software sales organization or subscription business being preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively evaluate information provided through workshops and surveys, business process descriptions, and task analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce approved business requirements based on use cases as input into transformation and continuous improvement programs.
  • Develop business process maps to show differences between current and future state.
  • Analyze impacts of changes in business processes, systems, and roles and provide recommendations on how to address these impacts.
  • Support Requirements Workshops and document SME inputs that are easily understandable and can be circulated to business stakeholders.
