Lead Scientist

CV Library is dedicated to advancing the manufacturing of cell and gene therapies through innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a Bioprocessing Team Leader to join our Cell Processing team and contribute to our mission of enabling scalable, cost-effective, and efficient manufacture of life-saving therapies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with customers to develop and implement technical transfer plans, driving system architecture and engineering design requirements, defining user and functional requirements for next-generation manufacturing systems, coordinating and executing process development work packages, and ensuring adherence to lab procedures and supporting risk assessment activities.
This role requires a strong understanding of cell therapy manufacturing/process development and technical transfer, as well as experience leading complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, mentoring, and project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
