We're seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to lead our data analytics initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms using Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle DB, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations while collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide valuable insights.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative data analytics solutions.
- Analyze complex business requirements and transform them into actionable data solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain databases, including data modeling, data integration, and data quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst with understanding of commercial finance data.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
