**Job Role:**

We are seeking an Engineering Assessment and Compliance Manager to join our team at Teaching Personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high standards of compliance with the learner sign up process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure all apprentices have detailed training plans that ensure they make excellent progress towards timely gateway and the achievement of their EPA.
  • Maintain accurate records for all learners and employers, ensuring timely registration of learners with the appropriate awarding bodies.

**Requirements:**

  • Level 3 Internal Quality Assurance Qualification.
  • Willingness to undertake or update training/qualifications as required.

**Salary:** £31,569-£33,430 per annum.
