Job Description

The Space Executive group is seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of robust compliance frameworks, ensuring seamless alignment with regulatory requirements and operational excellence.

As a key member of our dynamic global investment team, you will play a pivotal role in driving agility and innovation while mitigating risks. With a strong expertise in FCA regulations and experience in managing compliance frameworks, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and Maintaining Compliance Frameworks: Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance frameworks that meet regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks, ensuring proactive management and control.
  • Regulatory Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for regulatory bodies, handling licensing, audits, and inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide expert training and guidance to teams on compliance standards, policies, and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Regulatory Updates and Compliance Management: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and drive updates to policies and procedures, ensuring ongoing compliance and risk management.

This exciting opportunity requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in finance, law, or related fields. Key requirements include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Chinese to communicate effectively with key stakeholders in Asia.
  • 5+ years' experience in compliance, preferably in asset management or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in FCA regulations; crypto or digital asset knowledge is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in managing compliance frameworks and risk controls.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CRCM) are a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the importance of this role in driving our business forward.
