Compliance Officer with Regulatory Expertise

At ELP Consult Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. This role is a critical part of our organization, and we need someone who can ensure that our operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Compliance Officer who can oversee and implement our compliance policies and procedures. This includes reviewing internal processes and operations to identify and resolve potential compliance issues. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all employees are aware of and adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies by providing compliance training.
Responsibilities- Oversight of Compliance Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Compliance Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associated with our business activities.
- Training and Awareness: Provide regular compliance training to employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Regularly report on our compliance status and provide recommendations to senior management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Law, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the financial asset management industry.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory regulations and policies, with extensive experience in compliance management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Proficient in using compliance management tools and software.
- Thorough understanding of compliance auditing, risk control, and internal controls.
- Relevant compliance certifications (e.g. CFA, CIA, CRCM) are preferred.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory policies in the crypto industry.
