A competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum is offered for this position.

Eclectic Recruitment Ltd are working with a leading telecommunications company based in Cambridge to find an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Expert. This is a full-time permanent role with the option of hybrid working.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring products meet regulatory standards through the development and implementation of comprehensive test plans.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop product testing roadmaps.
  • Providing technical reports to senior stakeholders following analysis conformance and testing results.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry approval regulations and specifications for SAR, EMC, FR.
  • Maintaining accurate test history documentation.

The successful candidate will have:

  • An Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years experience within product compliance/approvals/testing.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of RoHS, WEEE, and REACH regulations.
  • Certification within FFC/CE.
  • Experience with EMCD and LVD directives.
  • Experience working with non-EU approval requirements.

This role requires a strong background in electrical/electronics engineering and product compliance.
