About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and growing our retail partner and distributor network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships throughout the Midlands region to ensure continued growth and satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales pipeline and revenue.
  • Retail Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to grow their sales of our products.
  • Distributor Network: Grow and manage our distributor network to ensure seamless product delivery to customers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive sales growth.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of selling FMCG products, preferably in the vape industry. You will also possess excellent B2B sales skills, knowledge of the vaping industry, and a UK driving license.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus company car and comprehensive benefits package.
