Clinic Administrator Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Clinic Administrator to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that requires excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day running of the on-site clinical suite, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient experience. This involves being proactive and reactive to the needs of the clinic, managing competing priorities, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the clinical suite, including scheduling, coordination, and administration
  • Develop and implement effective systems and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth delivery of services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an office or administrative setting
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role

Working Hours and Location

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), working Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. The location is Oxford.

Salary

The salary for this role is £22,795.50 per annum, reflecting the competitive market rate for a Clinic Administrator in Oxford.
