Job Purpose:

The post holder will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in the delivery of high-quality patient care. This will involve developing and implementing strategies to improve service provision, ensuring compliance with local and national guidelines, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient care
  • Ensure compliance with local and national guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service provision and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
  • Strong clinical and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to develop and implement service improvement plans
  • Knowledge of local and national guidelines, policies, and procedures
