Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of the retention team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions, ensuring timely responses to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Co-ordinate emails and follow-ups to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Support internal processes, suggesting efficiency improvements and promoting our brand by providing accurate information on products, policies, and procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments to drive customer satisfaction and ensure records and systems are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • A 'customer first' attitude, with excellent customer service and objection-handling skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask, adapt to change, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using multiple PC applications simultaneously and excellent interpersonal skills and workload management to achieve KPIs.
