Job Description

This role involves conducting assessments and observations of learners in their work environments, reviewing and verifying learners' portfolios, and delivering one-on-one support and mentoring to learners. The successful candidate will also maintain accurate records of assessments, progress reports, and other necessary documentation.

You will be responsible for liaising with employers, learners, and internal teams to ensure that learners are receiving the support they need. Additionally, you will ensure that all assessments and support activities adhere to the relevant standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a health and social care setting, a minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and relevant qualifications in assessing (e.g., A1, D32/D33, TAQA). They will also possess strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support learners effectively.
