Social Services Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Social Care Professional to join our Assessment Intervention team in Wrexham County Borough Council.
This challenging yet rewarding role involves assessing and supporting families who require additional guidance and support. As a key member of our team, you'll work collaboratively to promote positive outcomes for children and young people, ensuring their safety and well-being.
In exchange for your expertise, you'll receive a competitive salary of £37,035 - £39,513 per annum, an attractive local authority pension, and opportunities for career progression to experienced social worker, including a Recruitment Incentive payment of £2,996.
We offer flexible working arrangements, a relocation package of up to £5,000, and a comprehensive induction program to support your transition into the role. Our team values staff development, providing regular supervision, training, and opportunities for growth.
Please note that an Enhanced DBS check and Social Care Wales registration are essential for this position.
