Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Sandwell. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new, innovative fully-funded service that bridges the gap between NHS Talking Therapies and Community Mental Health Services.

About the Role:

  • To deliver high-quality, recovery-focused psychological interventions to individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Work closely with Primary, Secondary, and Specialist Care Teams to ensure seamless care and treatment for individuals with mental health problems.
  • Develop and implement effective assessment and triage processes to identify individual needs and provide tailored support.

Key Requirements:

  • RMN qualification
  • 12 months experience working as a qualified nurse in mental health
  • 6 months community experience in mental health

Salary: £35,745 - £43,041 per annum (dependent on experience)
