Job Summary

Cygnet Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Oldbury. Key Responsibilities
  • Nursing Practice: Deliver high-quality nursing care, adhering to local and national guidelines, and ensuring individual care plans are comprehensive and maintained in conjunction with patients, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Team Leadership: Provide effective direction and support to junior members of the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Service Development: Work closely with the management team to develop the service, conduct audits, and implement improvements to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as an RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number.
  • An ability to maintain accurate documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role.
  • A good understanding of current nursing practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A passion for empowering patients to achieve independence and a dedication to delivering compassionate care.
