The salary for this position is £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves providing administrative support to the Mentoring Scheme, preparing management information, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.

  • Carrying out new starter L&D actions and maintaining systematic records in the HR information system.
  • Booking meeting rooms and facilities, and managing procurement processes.
  • Providing assistance and support with general training and development queries.

Desirable qualifications include a CIPD L5 diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of business operations and administration.
