We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to join our client in Carnforth.
This is a dynamic role, responsible for:
- Organisational Development: Developing and implementing training and development solutions to address business needs.
- Leadership Support: Supporting leaders with succession planning and building programmes to develop current and future talent.
- Learning Culture: Contributing to the development of a learning culture that encourages employee growth and cross-functional collaboration.
- Internal Communications: Coordinating internal communications and promoting internal brand ambassadors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
- Design and deliver training programmes to support leadership development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.
- Ensure effective internal communications and branding.
**Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum**, commensurate with experience.
