This is a dynamic role, responsible for:

  • Organisational Development: Developing and implementing training and development solutions to address business needs.
  • Leadership Support: Supporting leaders with succession planning and building programmes to develop current and future talent.
  • Learning Culture: Contributing to the development of a learning culture that encourages employee growth and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Internal Communications: Coordinating internal communications and promoting internal brand ambassadors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programmes to support leadership development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.
  • Ensure effective internal communications and branding.

**Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum**, commensurate with experience.
