Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Management Accountant to join our team in a fast-paced Retail Organisation. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for full month-end management accounts preparation for an overseas part of the business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Accounting and Financial Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build productive and effective working relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders, including senior management, operations teams, and external partners.
  • Process Improvement: Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing regular updates and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in various ad hoc projects as required, supporting the wider finance team and contributing to the development of new initiatives.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
