About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilitator to join our team at Enable, a dynamic and vibrant social care organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of frontline staff to support individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their personal outcomes and live the life they choose.
  • Develop and implement person-centred plans to ensure individuals receive high-quality support and care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external care professionals to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Manage individual budgets and create robust service designs and support strategies.
  • Provide excellent organisational skills and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
  • Experience in using person-centred planning techniques and delivering excellent support practices.
  • Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with individuals, staff teams, families, and external care professionals.
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.
