Job Overview:

Become an integral part of our Brook Street team as an Apprentice HR Administrative Assistant We're looking for a highly motivated individual to support our HR functions, enhance employee experiences, and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee data, from hiring to termination, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. HR Systems Administration: Maintain and update HR databases, generate reports, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  3. Candidate Engagement: Support recruitment activities, assist with onboarding, and respond to candidate inquiries.
  4. Internal Communications: Develop and disseminate HR-related communications, ensuring seamless internal processes.
Essential Skills:
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
