Mountain Warehouse Ltd is seeking an Employee Experience Lead to join our Learning and Development team. As a key member of the department, you'll be responsible for creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our employees across all levels and locations.

You'll develop and implement a comprehensive employee experience strategy, focusing on informed and engaging communication, relationship-building, and advocacy. You'll work closely with stakeholders to create innovative solutions and approaches to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

The estimated salary for this role is around £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes holiday allowance, 50% staff discount, and a pension scheme.

About the Position

Essential Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving employee experience and engagement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
