Employee Experience and Wellbeing Lead

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an Employee Experience and Wellbeing Lead to join our dynamic People Team at Motorway. This role will involve coaching managers on best practices in employee relations, conducting thorough investigations into employee complaints, and developing and delivering training programs on relevant people topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary action, and grievance handling.
  • Coaching Managers: Coach managers on best practices in employee relations.
  • Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs on relevant people topics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
