About the Role

We are looking for an Employee Experience and Engagement Lead to join our team at Dalkia UK. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to improve employee experience and engagement, driving business outcomes through effective communication and collaboration.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: London or Birmingham (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement employee experience initiatives to promote a positive work environment
  2. Work closely with HR to analyse and monitor employee data, informing activities and driving business results
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends in employee engagement and communications, suggesting innovative approaches to drive business outcomes
  4. Support key stakeholders in delivering their strategy and campaigns, providing expert advice and guidance
Requirements
  • Experience working in employee experience and communications
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and design)
  • Understanding of communications channels and their impact on employee experience
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite
