About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team at RetailMeNot, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company that values its employees and strives to create a positive work environment.
Job Summary:
The People Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR function, with a focus on creating a seamless employee experience. This includes coordinating the selection and recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance on employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal compliance and best practices
- Partner with line managers to provide guidance on employee relations issues
- Collaborate with the People team to identify trends in employee engagement and performance
- Analyse and improve people metrics to inform decisions and strategies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, strong knowledge of HR best practices, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to manage competing priorities, handle confidential information, and work effectively in a team.
What We Offer:
